Quality pads are essential for achieving accurate and consistent prints in pad printing machines. When a pad is molded, the type of silicone, surface finish, and silicone density significantly affect its performance. High-quality pads, like ours, are designed with superior silicone that provides excellent resistance to tearing and elongation. This ensures longer pad life, better ink transfer, and reliable printing results across various surfaces.
The hardness of pads is measured using the Durometer Shore scale. The hardness of the pad increases with the Shore value. Generally, we supply pads with Shore hardness ranging from 2 to 6. A semi-hard pad with a Shore value of 3 to 4 is suitable for most applications.
Our pads have a long shelf life, especially our special Oxide Red pads, which are made using a unique in-house formulation that enhances durability and performance.
Delivery times for special pads are available upon request, and for standard pads, we typically require just one week to deliver small quantities. Please contact us at info@printingpads.com for more information.
